Chatham Area Rowing Association

Since the beginning of our program, artists have embraced the beauty that water, boats, and people inspire. Every year, it has been my pleasure as a coach to see this effort represented in all mediums. This includes architecture, photography, graphic design,  comics, video, film, written essays, poems, painting, product design, computer animations, and even fashion design projects. Crew is intense and requires discipline like art itself. I am always surprised at the innovative approaches to capture rowing into art. This gallery celebrates growth, not only as rowers learning a sport, but also as artisans learning how to see.
